I was really disappointed, because in the past I have had a wonderful groomer Sheila (she’s amazing) who was friendly and knew how to cut Great Pyrenees’. I had called and scheduled a haircut and bath and I specifically told him I did NOT want him shaved. I had said that if they needed to shave his butt fluff and belly that I was ok with that, because he can burn easily and you’re not supposed to shave Pyrenees. When our pup was brought in my husband told them I did not want him shaved and they were very rude to my husband. They hadn’t even felt his hair before saying “oh we are going to have to shave him” and he told them that I really don’t want him shaved and basically just to do the best they can. When I came to pick him up he was completely shaved. I know he is a big dog and it takes a lot of work but if they were not willing to take the time for what I am paying them for, they should have refused. I was also charged a dematting service which I’m not sure why because they just shaved everything off it didn’t even look like they tried. They even shaved his ears which were not matted at all:

I took my Teddy to PetSmart September 28th for his first haircut because when I brought him to petsmart last month for a puppy bath I was informed from Shaylyn at petsmart that he has matted fur and that it would be best for him to get his haircut so it doesn’t get any worse and create problems for him, she also suggested I get a metal comb and a slicker brush that doesn’t have the little balls at the end which I went and bought before I left. I tried detangling his fur since then. Fast forward to yesterday, I brought Teddy in to see Shaylyn and was told it would take at least 3-4 hours give or take and that she would give me a call when she’s done. 2 hours later I get a phone call stating that she was not able to finish because Teddy wouldn’t let her and that it would be best to take him to the vet so they can get the rest of the matted hair off and that I can bring him back to her so she can clean him up, and I said okay not knowing how Teddy looked yet. She also said she wasn’t charging me since she couldn’t finished. So I asked her at what age is puppies suppose to get a hair cut and she said around 5-6 months but she knew he was only 2-3 months when she said he need a haircut so why not inform me to wait til the 5-6 months mark then? When I went to pick Teddy up I was greeted by someone else, Shaylyn wasn’t there. The lady that greeted me seemed to have an attitude like I did something wrong and when she brought Teddy to me it’s like she was dragging him instead of just picking him up since he was scared, he’s just a puppy. When she brought Teddy to me she said “so what are you watering him or something?” I was confused so I asked her what did she mean and she said am I taking him to the pool or giving him baths and I said yes I give him baths but not so much only when he starts to smell or gets dirty from outside. She seemed so irritated and ready for me to go. So rude. Seeing my Teddy like this breaks my heart because it’s like they just gave up on him. Never going back there again!

Spoke to the groomer and confirmed twice that she would leave my dog’s face longer and in a teddy bear cut. When I arrived, his face was shaved. He did not have any mats on his face and was bathed and brushed the week prior. I asked her to even his coat but not to shave. Completely disregarded instructions.

It's amazing how much they care for all animals, small to big. Went in looking for a new pet carrier and found a lot more. The pets there are well cared for, lots of fish, rodents, birds, kitties and more they offer classes and have grooming services. Prices are very competitive and a wide range of varieties. Brands I'm not familiar with, but much needed in this town. The staff enjoyed their jobs and were very friendly. You must check it out. A great place to adopt a furry friend as well.

It's a wonderful day for Animals at Pet Smart. The kids enjoy all the fantastic costumes and Science diet is the most healthy food for our lil Dachshund and Yorkie. Beautiful shiny coats . T They do a great job on the nails and hair. It's an all around great place to bring family to learn to train your dog 🐕🐩😊💯 29.99 for a turtle😁👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌 The groomers are so kind gentle talented ..grind the nails . 😊 They have polar costs for our lil ones 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🥰

What a disgusting place I brought my 12 yr old German Shepherd in for a bath and nail grind today, she has been here before. They refused to take her, they said because of her age! You people are terrible you are not sensitive to pets whatsoever! Don’t worry I found another groomer and will never set foot in your establishment ever again!!
