I was really disappointed, because in the past I have had a wonderful groomer Sheila (she’s amazing) who was friendly and knew how to cut Great Pyrenees’. I had called and scheduled a haircut and bath and I specifically told him I did NOT want him shaved. I had said that if they needed to shave his butt fluff and belly that I was ok with that, because he can burn easily and you’re not supposed to shave Pyrenees. When our pup was brought in my husband told them I did not want him shaved and they were very rude to my husband. They hadn’t even felt his hair before saying “oh we are going to have to shave him” and he told them that I really don’t want him shaved and basically just to do the best they can. When I came to pick him up he was completely shaved. I know he is a big dog and it takes a lot of work but if they were not willing to take the time for what I am paying them for, they should have refused. I was also charged a dematting service which I’m not sure why because they just shaved everything off it didn’t even look like they tried. They even shaved his ears which were not matted at all:

It's amazing how much they care for all animals, small to big. Went in looking for a new pet carrier and found a lot more. The pets there are well cared for, lots of fish, rodents, birds, kitties and more they offer classes and have grooming services. Prices are very competitive and a wide range of varieties. Brands I'm not familiar with, but much needed in this town. The staff enjoyed their jobs and were very friendly. You must check it out. A great place to adopt a furry friend as well.

What a disgusting place I brought my 12 yr old German Shepherd in for a bath and nail grind today, she has been here before. They refused to take her, they said because of her age! You people are terrible you are not sensitive to pets whatsoever! Don’t worry I found another groomer and will never set foot in your establishment ever again!!

We have been coming to this grooming service for 5 years, but this time was the very last time! When I arrived, they made me wait for 15 minutes and allowed a man with a big dog to go ahead of me because he had difficulties controlling his dog. While I understand the situation, what I cannot stand is the woman at the counter telling me, "I know you, you can wait." Well, thank you! I just delivered a baby about a week ago, I have disabilities, and my husky was getting impatient. So thank you for making assumptions and being rude! To make matters worse, they asked me if I wanted my husky de-shedded, which I refused because the last time the de-shedding was a disaster. Plus, we brush her a lot, so it wasn't necessary anyway, it's mid summer she already lost alomst all her wonter coat. However, when my husband went to pick her up, they charged for the de-shedding service anyway, claiming that I had signed a paper saying any additional charges must be covered. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and we will not be returning.

We have been bringing our one an only dog ever here for the past 3 years. We live 40+ miles out of town and so have only brought him in for grooming on the weekends. Appointments get booked up for weeks so we made an appointment for our BMD to get a bath and brush THREE weeks in advance. He’s overdue from the winter and really needs it right now. I received a rude phone call from CARRIE that she would not be able to groom my dog on a weekend ever again due to my dog having anxiety and needing “one on one” when their “weekends are impossible to do that”. Keep in mind that we have been bringing him here for THREE years and this is the very first time I have ever heard anything like this. I have had this appointment booked for THREE weeks and she called me two days prior to his appointment! So now it is last minute and we aren’t going to find him another groomer to get into this weekend!! I will never be supporting another petsmart again and I will make sure everyone I know knows about the professionalism that this location lacks!

I recently got a puppy and signed up for training at petsmart with Nastancia. The classes are very informative and the trainer does a great job explaining things. We missed a class and were able to do a makeup class when it worked best so my pup wouldn't miss out on the training. Even though it was years ago, I did training at petco before and it was not as informative as this!
