Sold me a very healthy Great Pyrenees/Aussie puppy for a reasonable price. I was able to reserve him without issue over the phone and pick him up the following day. Now 5 months later I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend. Thank you

Caleb was very VERY rude to me over the phone 6 months ago when I was asking if they had any “ginger” cats in “stock”. I still loose sleep to this day over the dispute we had so I’ve decided to take it to google reviews and let the world know about Caleb. I was un aware at the time that my verbiage might have been wrong, I clued in when the first girl on the phone got very upset and hung up on me. They accused me of pranking them and I called back offended cause I was being genuine. This is when Caleb answered the phone.. threatening and “banning” me from the store? For asking about orange cats? Sensitive topic I guess… Caleb proceeded to challenge me over the phone to come down there and fight… Anyways I won’t get into anymore details but Caleb did leave a voicemail shaking in his boots apologizing to me after he thought I was coming down to the store to handle this situation. They will never be supported by my family again and we did end up adopting a handsome “ginger” boy named Hank. All things happen for a reason cause no cat will be like my cat Hank. Hanks awesome.

We just bought our third bulldog from pets r inn. They are great dogs and Pets R Inn has a great team at both locations Grand forks and Fargo. No complaints really about Pets R Inn I just wish when they post pictures of the animals on their web page that they try to get a better one or at least more than one like do a little collage so you can see full views of what the dog looks like. These are the precious babies we got from them. 4/5/24 and 2 more lol

Got my Great Pyrenees puppy from here 2 weeks ago. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. It's always such a circus in there but Tess really took the time with me and answered any question I had.

I had a great experience buying a puppy here. The staff were very knowledgable and helped me pick out a great little dog. He came from a family home and is healthy and happy. The puppy kits come with what you need to get started. I'd definitely recommend.
