I heard from a friend my dog was found and was @ the Auburn SPCA so I called on Wednesday @8pm and left a message that's the time I found out) but never got a call back Thursday left another message called again Friday was told they were really busy and they would return my phone call... to this day I still have not received any phone call and unsure if this is my dog!!! They must be understaffed to not be able to return my phone call this many days...

I think this facility is a good place for stray or lost animals. It's sad to see them there as they look like great pets to adopt. I just wished I had more room to adopt some of the dogs there, but I am currently dealing with two at the moment. Maybe later this year because the oldest dog is circling the drain.

I bought a 3 yr. Old cat 2 1/2 weeks ago & had to euthanize it today due to unknown illness. I will never go to the SPCA ever again! They shouldn't be allowed to sell sick animals. The Vet bills were $400 and now I'm in debt and no Cat.

If I could’ve given zero stars, I would have. I called to report an abuse thru neglect situation and there was ZERO concern. The dispatch guy was rude and condescending. What an abhorrent, despicable & disgusting way to deal with animals being neglected.
