I've been trying to call them for a month to get my cat's records. Unbelievable. A month of ignored calls, and even with leaving a voicemail I was never contacted back. Y'all should really learn to pick up the phone some time.

Very rude people here. Impossible to get a hold of to make appointment. Then when finally talking to someone, they speak as if interrogating a criminal, just trying to get an appointment! I’m sorry, is my presence offending you? What are your “rules” for simply purchasing frontline? The height the eyebrows went up on the woman’s face when I knocked on the door! After calling, leaving messages, sitting outside for a really long time. You guys are open, but take that long to check your phone messages, or your window? Then tell me it’s not your fault. Is it my fault? That’s not how it works. The entire staff is soo rude and hateful to their own patrons. I wonder how the animal care really is inside those doors…I know it’s a non profit clinic, so I guess we just get to be treated horribly.

Everyone here was amazing! So nice. My cats were well taken care of and the clinic was available after for questions when I called as well. It was so nice to have somewhere less expensive and still so professional in order to have my animals spayed and neutered. Thank you to the clinic and all the staff

Brought my dog Sushi in to get neutered and am very pleased with the care they provided him. I was impressed with how well they communicated with me from beginning to end. During the after care, I had concerns with him opening his wound and my concerns were addressed immediately. Thank you for taking good care of Sushi. He is fully recovered and doing great.

We have a feral Momma Kitty that we were able to get her fixed yesterday ..and there were 8 babies! Thank you sooo much for helping take good care of her. She is doing good inside the kennel and we will continue caring for her and her 5 kittens! Yes..they are next!
