Aspen Animal Wellness is the best veterinary practice I have ever taken my animals to over the years. The entire staff is so caring and knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond in times of need, even in emergency situations. I am forever grateful to them and won’t take my dogs anywhere else!

Incompetent front office. Arrived 20 minutes early and spoke to main receptionist about getting the dog to a room right away as he does not do well around other dogs and was told no problem. 30 minutes later and we're still in the parking lot watching other people come in and out with their pets. When I went back inside as I was now 10 minutes late for the appointment she was taking phone calls and on her computer like I didn't even exist! I cancelled the appointment and will never go back based upon this amount of incompetency. I hope the Vets are better (which I've heard theyre great) but the front dropped the ball.

My cat is a new patient and her first visit went great. We were immediately welcomed upon entering and staff sprayed a towl with some Feliway to calm her down. The wait was not long and the vet tech and Dr. Hicks were gentle and attentive. The cat was so calm that she let her nails be trimmed with no fuss. All my questions were answered and I am confident Roxie is in good care.

Everyone at Aspen Animal Wellness is excellent. Dr. Hicks has been caring for my dogs for years and I highly recommend her. The entire staff at Aspen always goes above and beyond to care for your furry friends. Not a single thing I would change about my experience. Thanks Aspen. You guys rock.

While my previous comments stand, the price increases on everything from grooming and now vet care have forced me to reevaluate the services that I will be using from Aspen, it is getting to the point that basic care is becoming to expensive. When I moved all three of my animals here, I was prepared to pay a bit more than I was for exceptional care, but at this point the cost is not justifiable. The vets are great here! Our two cats and our German Shepherd go here for all their medical needs. The entire staff really cares about our pets feelings and does whatever they can to lower the anxiety of the vet visit for our animals. Our dog also gets groomed with Sissy, who is absolutely phenomenal with him (he's an anxious sensitive boy). We never thought he'd allow someone to groom him but Sissy gets it all done!

Dr. Warley and the staff here at aspen animal wellness were extremely helpful as I gather materials for a cross country move! They were accommodating for all my dog’s needs as I prepare to fly my dog to the east coast. I’d definitely recommend them as a primary veterinary!
