Better to just call the cops when dealing with dogs that aren't sheltered correctly esp in this heat (with no inside time and no dog house ) and that bark 24/7 a day keeping neighbors up all night ( other neighbors have also called multiple times). This place claims that shade from a tree being in the backyard (while cutting me off while trying to talk) where the dogs are chained up is fine for shelter (even though thats not what the website says - and also the water bowl Is always flipped over - and the dogs are also put into a tiny metal cage that should be inside all day on some of the days as well thats not in the shade and sitting on concrete and out during storms) Im not sure why this place exists if nothing can be done about this horrible act. And why can't we make anonymous complaints? I wonder if these people also keep their dog chained up on a short leash too with no human contact and no shelter in this heat? Some people don't need to work with animals. Reevaluate your employees please.

They have better than banking hours and they still never answer the phone. Luckily they get paid by tax dollars or they would be out of business. I’m sure if I wanted to adopt a pet they might answer, because that’s more money for them. But they won’t answer it seems if they might have to do some work.
