The best vet out there! Pet Pals saved my dog's life. After spending thousands and thousands on treatments, other vets essentially told us that there was nothing left to do besides euthanizing her. Dr. Jerry didn't give up on her though. We tried out all sorts of prescription foods and medicine combinations. After a ton of trial and error, we finally have gotten her condition under control and she is living her happiest life possible. A year later and she is doing great! We owe the life of our dog to Dr. Jerry and everyone at Pet Pals. They are quick to take us in on a dime if we have an emergency, they refill meds promptly, they are kind and professional, I don't know what more anyone could ask for. Thank you Pet Pals!!!

Pet Pals is absolutely great. They are kind and compassionate. You can tell by the way they treat the animals. Prices are fair and they do not recommend excessive or unnecessary treatments or diagnostics.

I wouldn’t trust taking my pets anywhere else. Dr. Willenbrink and his staff are top notch, understanding, and passionate. They’re true animal lovers. New Edit: the first paragraph was my original review posted over 6 years ago. I’m adding this second paragraph, (04/27/24) to update my review. The ENTIRE Pet Pals staff is still absolutely incredible. For years, they’ve continued to provide unparalleled care for our animals. We’ve had some pretty serious issues arise and Dr. Jerry brings a sense of calmness and comfort because of his extensive knowledge. He’s performed everything from routine exams to surgery requiring anesthesia, and each time our dogs have returned to great health. They follow up, they care, and they’re compassionate. Hands down, in my opinion, Pet Pals is the best place to receive exceptional veterinary care.

Pet Pals has ben great to us. We took in our beloved dog when he needed a number of teeth extracted. We were very apprehensive as this was the second time he has needed this type of work, the first time was with a different veterinarian. After the first time he came home extremely groggy from the anesthesia and after it wore off he was very sore and depressed for days. This time he came home alert and seemed to appreciate having the work done. He had an appetite almost immediately. It was a night and day experience. I didn't even ask before the work how much it would cost because Pet Pals has always done right by us and they did this time as well.

My family is so thankful that we started going here. Dr Jerry and all of the girls are amazing with our dogs. One of ours has bad anxiety and they're very patient and accommodating with him. Our other dog has an autoimmune disease and has been a frequent flyer at the vet. They're very quick to answer questions, fill prescriptions, and usually can fit us into the schedule quickly. They have been a literal lifesaver and I couldn't recommend them more.
