I can't speak highly enough of Caring Hand Veterinary and Dr. Kohan's exceptional care for my beloved German Shepherd. My king German Shepherd has struggled with severe allergies, and Dr. Kohan went above and beyond to ensure he received the best treatment possible. This was not a good experience at all, they should be renamed SADISTIC HANDS VETERINARY HOSPITAL! I took my 15 year old cat in to discuss putting him down due to advanced hyperthyroidism, blindness and onset of dementia. They seemed very nice but kept saying that he could go on for some time if he took meds. I knew my regular vet was against it due to his advanced state but they insisted it would help. Within 4 days of taking the medication he was dead! It is just so upsetting because I wanted to put him down in a humane and caring manor but instead had to watch him suffer excruciating seizures and sudden paralysis and heart failure. While on the phone to ask for help in the situation they said take him to emergency hospital because they cannot do anything. The kicker was that the lady said they will not hold it against me if I put him down. WHAT, are you kidding me!! While on the phone with them the cat died in my arms. It was very traumatic to watch this horror show unfold. I just wanted a peaceful, caring humane ending to his life but instead he received a painful and violent end. I do not recommend taking your elderly sick animals to SADIISTIC HANDS VETERINARY HOSPITAL. I see another post with similar thing happened to her dog.

I was very upset with my dog sickness and Caring Hands vet clinic made the same day appointment for my dog even they were very busy. All personal are exceptionally friendly and compassionate. Doctor Kohan did everything the cytology very professionally and her advices were valuable and thoughtful. She called me early morning as soon as cytology results were ready and gave me very detailed explanation of the results. I definitely will recommend Caring Hands clinic and dr. Kohan to all me friends . Thank you Caring Hands!
