The Dr. and his assistant were very kind and patient with my dog. It was a difficult day for me because my dog was going to be crossing the rainbow bridge, and I just want to say heartfelt thank you to his assistant who showed so much love to my Oso. Thank you again. Also the front desk assistant was very clear and attentive to my question. I appreciated her help as well. Overall, very helpful and caring facility.

Very Satisfied with this office Dr. Thiessen was very great and staff i wish i can give this office a 10 rating star but unfortunately cannot. My dog Romeo, was very happy after seeing the Dr. Romeo was very sad and sick for some days but dr got me right into his office and Cured Romeo’s pain with a shot and medication. Thanks Dr. And Staff For Your Awesome Service ❤️🐶

Dr. Thiessen was nice. He was able to explain our dogs symptoms efficiently and effectively. The Vet assistant Jose(?) was awesome. He was gentle with our dog and she seemed to be comfortable with him examining her. Karen, the Office Manager/Biller lacks the ability to communicate respectfully and effectively in my opinion. Her only task in an office setting should be anything that requires her to sit in the back out of sight. Communication with clients is not a quality she possesses. The office was clean for the most part, but can use a good deep clean.

Dr.T is the best vet in down. I always feel comfortable and in good hands when I take my dog for his visits. The staff is amazing especially Will he was caring and was patient with my dog. I’m over all happy & comfortable bringing my dog here.

They saved my dog’s life when another local vet said there was nothing that could be done and I needed to put her down!! They actually care about their patients and their owners and aren’t just trying to rake people over the coals!

I've been bringing my pups here for almost a decade and never had a bad experience. The owner has gone above and beyond for me more times than I could count! I highly recommend this place. Karin, the owner, is always so welcoming and kind, and she really cares not only about the animals but also about their families too. Vicki is always so helpful and friendly. Dr. Thiessen is knowledgeable and kind. Despite other reviews, you should definitely give this place a try!
