They prepared all the paperwork necessary for international travel. I’ve used them multiple times, and their attention to detail hasn’t sure that we have no trouble with international customs The staff is on top of all the details and the doctor is very attentive. I called them to bring our dog in because we were concerned the he was shaking too much. My wife took him in and they examined him and said he was fine but was concerned that he was shaking though he stopped when he was there, Then they cane with an estimate of $1600 for all sorts of exams. When my wife called me I told her that seemed excessive. But before she left they offered something else instead. Why was this not offered in the beginning.? Seemed they just wanted to charge something for nothing. Nothing was wrong with him at the end.

Great staff, clean, very professional and attentive. I took my dog to the clinic and they took great care of her. Everyone was great at explaining every step of the way, from the moment they took her to the moment we payed. We are very happy and strongly recommend this place.

They wanted to do things to my dog that didn't need !!! 1600 dollars that they wanted to steal from me. I took my dog to another vet and they told me that there was nothing wrong with him!!!! Please Please don't let this place to steal your money!!!!! I DON'T APPRECIATE dishonest and unprofessional People!!!! The second time I was there for vaccinations they wanted to do an unnecessary test that they did 3 weeks before again and they charge me 50 dollars for examination fee again I told them they did axamination 3 weeks ago they say yes that its the way it is. the dog didnt need examination he only needed his vaccines plus the vet didn't examine him at all just give him the vaccines. It wasn't smart to come back there again but I learned my lesson. Please be careful. Check the bill and make sure they don't do unnecessary stuff to your dog. 👎👎👎

I took my dog in for cough and gaging sound. Sent him home with strong antibiotics and steroids. Since he didn't get better I took him to ER. He has cancer. Miami Shores Animal is not equipped to take care of our babies. Only good for vaccines. And if you're not careful. They over medicate! Stay away.
