I would strongly recommend the office in Wynwood to my neighbors with pets. I love how close to us the clinic is. The techs and doctor where professional and gave great information and service. Walking into the office you feel like you're going to a Spa. Loved that. Clean facility.

I took my baby to GoodVets Wynwood today, and our visit was excellent. The entire staff was welcoming and extremely attentive from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The love and attention they gave both to my baby and me was wonderful. After a minimal wait, the amazing Dr. Abraham gave him a thorough check and not only addressed our main concern, but answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. Dr. Abraham and her entire team treat every patient and client with unmatched compassion. The level of care they offer is simply superb. I truly could not recommend them more enthusiastically!

I recently took my beloved pet, Eliot for a major skin rash issue. The entire staff exhibited remarkable compassion and patience, understanding my holistic approach to pet care. The consultation was timely, and the staff made me feel at home with their warm hospitality. A beautiful office space added to the overall positive experience; I highly recommended for their expertise, empathy, and welcoming atmosphere!

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews but today’s visit warrants one. On arrival the place is very nice & aesthetic. The vet was also great and very friendly and informative. The vet tech however started out very friendly, overly loving with my pets and generally great but the second she came back with the dr’s recommendations her whole demeanor shifted. I initially came for flea prevention and while my pups did have some things going on I was not prepared to shell out over $600 for recommended treatment PLUS a $120 per month, per dog 12 month contract dog care plan plus (2) $50 start up fee’s bringing the total to over $940 and I was definitely made to feel like I was a bad dog owner because so. The vet tech became extremely cold and dismissive. At one point she even threatened me saying she would have to ask the dr first if she felt comfortable with me leaving and taking my pets without them getting the recommended treatments. Mind you the treatments were not life threatening in any way. One of my dogs had dark ear wax and the other itchy paws which were recommended I buy $50 worth of antiseptic dogs wipes from them which were from a brand that is sold on Amazon and I have used in the past and just spent $9 ordering myself, to put into perspective the price hike. I was honestly baffled. I was also asked several times if I had made up my mind about what treatments I did want to get because they were closing early that day. I’m sorry that I don’t know your office hours and that the exams took so long that I then needed to be rushed into spending an absorbent amount of money. It was only 2:00 in the afternoon btw. When I needed to call me husband and discuss it with him first I was given an attitude and told to hurry up. When I finally left I realized that I forgot to have my parking validated so I quickly turned around and caught the girl who was locking up and explained to her what I needed. She reluctantly let me in but not without an attitude as she told me next time I needed to make sure I do this when I first arrive. Here’s the thing, when I arrived to my appointment I called from my vehicle to ask about the parking validation and if I needed to pay for it 1st before coming in. I was told by the gentleman to just bring a photo of my license plate and he would validate it. When I got inside, early for my apt might I add, I was immediately instructed to put my dogs on the scale and then asked to go right into the treatment room. I don’t work at your establishment so how should I know that my parking needs to be validated at arrival. I was never told so. This whole experience (aside from the actual vet herself being very friendly) was a complete disappointment. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable when leaving a FREE office visit. To top it all off both of my dogs have now been sick with diarrhea and vomiting today (the day after their visit) so they probably picked up something from the facility as they were not doing this the day of their visit or prior to. I will definitely not be back or recommending this place to others.

In my dogs 11 years, we’ve had many vets and GoodVets has been the best experience. Everyone there is incredibly kind and genuinely love what they do. They always take really good care of my dog. I am so glad we found them and recommend highly!
