It's so rare to hand out 5 star reviews in South Florida, but this is one of the best vets I've ever been to. I've taken my puppy there twice, and both times they seem to really care. Laurie is an exceptional owner who gives so much love to her business. Grabowski and Ratnoff are amazing doctors that put you at ease. Full of knowledge and spends lots of time making sure you're aware of what you're being told. Ratnoff even brought a text book for me to understand what I was dealing with and to know he was 100% aware of his trade. Grabowski brings that extra love. I really appreciate all your hard work. They're pretty clean, and they show love to all. I forgot the receptionists name but she has a 220lb Pitt, I believe. Wish I met him haha. She's the best! Great customer service. She brings the entire place a very warm and welcoming feel as if you'd been friends with her for years. So does Laurie. This stranger is proud of you. See you for another checkup, soon!

Been seeing Dr. Ratnoff for almost 20yrs. This will be my 3rd dog under his care. Technicians were wonderful drawing blood. I do think the facility needs a facelift and I’m sure some medical equipment upgrades wouldn’t hurt. I also think an additional Doctor would be great, Dr. R could ease up on his schedule too. 😎

I took my small chihuahua because she wasn’t behaving as normal and I thought she might have ate something. They gave me an estimate for more than $700 dollars for blood tests, multiple x-rays, fecal exams and even heart worms. Things that were recommended but not really needed towards my true concern. I asked to do only one blood test, but they said the three tests were required. Then I asked to do only one X-ray, but they said the repeats were also required. I just feel like they were trying to sell me things that I don’t needed to increase their revenue.

Charlie was taken care of so well by the team and doctor! He came in to be treated for fleas and they made sure to check him for other things as well. I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for you guys, thank you for fitting us in with such short notice!

Extremely happy with the progress my cat has made. Not only does he feel better he has also gained weight. He was so congested when we went to our first visit now he is better. So glad I made the choice to change him from VCA. Staff is amazing and the Dr is a true blessing. Thank you. Happy cat the way he should be
