Knisely made me feel at home the moment I walked in and I am so thankful. The staff is just wonderful and always ready to help you and load items in your car. Steve, the owner is nothing but a wonderful man. The first time I walked into the store he spent over an hour with me helping me learn how to plant grass as I had no clue. He loaned me a tiller and helped me during the whole process and I am forever in debt to this store.

The girls up front have been very rude the past several times I've visited the store. I don't understand why they are allowed to treat customers the way they do. However, I have always had a great experience with the folks in the back who load my feed for me. The young lady out back is always kind and helpful. If the service doesn't improve, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The store is very cute and nice. We were in there yesterday and bought chicks. So far one has died overnight and another looks sick. We’ve had chicks for years and haven’t had a problem before, first time buying from here. Very well could have been the chicks just didn’t move away from the heat lamp overnight and over heated. Not sure. But while in the store they had baby ducks. One obviously had wry neck and was struggling. I told the girl at the desk how to treat with vitamin E and selenium. She’s like oh. And went back to the desk. Didn’t seem to care. I felt terrible that the duck would die over an easily treatable condition.

Wish you could give separate ratings for the store and staff. Would give 5 for the store. Have been buying dog food there for a while and staff has always been very kind and helpful. Not really so much when I was there earlier this week. The young lady who waited on me could use some customer service training and attitude adjustment. The initials on the invoice were CM.
