We are always happy to respond to your inquiries, and pride ourselves on always putting the customer first. Our work involves closely inspecting your home to find the animals. We focus on using exclusionary tactics and equipment to prevent the animals coming to harm. Our operators are also licensed and will frequently relocate animals several miles away from your home to prevent them from finding their way back. As a group, we may be small in number, but we have a big heart.

Bed Bug Guys are the most helpful people I’ve talked to. He took my call after business hours. He took his time to ask me about my situation before scheduling an inspection, and actually was able to tell me that my bite pattern doesn’t sound like bedbugs and I should inspect and treat for fleas instead. I don’t have words to say how much I appreciate this! It will likely save me many thousands of dollars and time and stress! And now I’ll be able to actually solve my bug problem. He does his job to help people! I feel so lucky to have called Bed Bug Guys before I wasted my money and time.

The Bed Bug Guys are the best! After moving into a new home, we discovered we had a horrible infestation from the prior tenants. Our landlord was not cooperative but luckily we called the Bed Bug Guys and Jeff and his team took care of the problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. He also took the time to inform us about our rights as tenants, which was very appreciated. It's been about a month and we've been bed bug free! 5/5 would highly recommend!

I recommended them to my mothers assisted living facility (Elder Homestead). I got them business as they came to treat her apartment. And after they finished treating my mom's unit, they made an absolute baseless false narrative & blind guess/prediction to the director there that the problem was just isolated in her unit ONLY and not in any other area's of the building . Oh really? and how do you know that for an absolute fact?? based on what?? ANYONE could have brought them in! So now Elder Homestead, the ones I gave a kind recommendation to, is blaming me based solely on the fact that I USED to have them, but no longer do as the source of the problem. And now they're trying to restrict me from visiting her at all. All because the technician, tried narrowing it down to ME as the one that brought them into her apartment. NOT COOL, VERY UNPROFFESIONAL and A BASELESS, UNFOUNDED STATEMENT.

I own a quad-plex and tenants informed me on a Sunday afternoon that they had been fighting a losing battle to bed bugs for a couple weeks. I called Bed Bug Guys that evening, and Jeff took my call and walked through the process. He showed up that Monday morning ready to treat the one unit, but recommended we inspect all units. Sure enough we found additional signs in the unit below the initial one. Jeff had plenty of equipment to treat both units, plus the common laundry room. He turned up the heat to 135 degrees and held it there for almost 5 hours. Two weeks later and tenants report no signs of bed bugs since. If a few did survive, though, Bed Bug Guys include follow-up treatment warranty at a drastically reduced cost. The apartments did look like a tornado blew through them after the treatment, but Jeff is careful to ensure all items that can be damaged by the heat are removed prior to treatment. Jeff is a no nonsense guy who is going to give it to you straight and provide the very best treatment available to exterminate these bed buggers. I would highly recommend Bed Bug Guys.
