Took my 2 year old cat for a visit due to some inflammation on his gums. I assumed I would need to pay for an expensive surgery/ teeth cleaning. Dr. Yao was able to assess my cat quickly (the visit lasted less than 30 min). He found a non-invasive way to treat the gum inflammation. I like that he goes the route that is in the best interest of your pet rather than immediately opting to do an expensive treatment plan. When I noticed my cat had diarrhea from the antibiotics, I called back and his staff were quick and very responsive. Within 15 min I was able to drive by and they had the special GI tract food prepped for me to pick up. Dr. Yao and his staff care very much for both of my cats and visits to his office are never traumatic for my cats. Will continue to recommend his practice for other pet owners.

Dr. Yao is friendly and professional. The staff is kind and pleasant. Had two of my dogs see Dr. Yao for 18years. I now have an almost 3year old dog and she has only been to Dr. Yao‘s office. They care and want their patients to be happy and healthy.✌🏽😁👍🏽

Amazing!!! My cat, Diego, was treated like an absolute prince by the vet tech and Dr. Yao and I loved the staff and the level of care provided. We are so happy we chose Yao's and we will be back for all our vet needs.

Dr. Yao and his team are compassionate, patient, and extremely helpful. I brought my senior dog in after a disconcertingly mediocre visit with his original primary vet office in an acute emergency. Dr. Yao and his staff were prepared and very intent on the details of my dog's acute episode, and Dr. Yao was confident his condition was neurological. His staff wasted no time connecting me to a well-regarded neurologist and gave them details in advance of my visit. Dr. Yao spoke with me directly after the neurology appointment, demonstrating attention to detail and a dedication to patient care. I cannot recommend him and his staff more highly.

This is the best bet I’ve had in a long time. The Vetenerian and their staff are super insightful and take great care of my dogs. They are very attentive and take the time to explain and answer any questions I have regarding the health and well-being of my pups. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vet to give them shot.
