Excellent customer service and quality work. My husband was skeptical of someone I found online but after meeting and talking to Rene he was reassured by his professionalism and fair prices. We never felt like he was trying to oversell or hustle us or that it was someone who didn't know what they were doing. Rene and his team worked fast and efficiently even though the trees were in awkward places around the house. We unexpectedly had to wait a couple days for a neighbor to move stalled vehicle and Rene waited to cash our check until the work was completely finished. We definitely plan on using Spider-Man Tree services again for some smaller tree trimmings. His services are well worth it.

CAT RESCUE. It has been a amazing experience, they are professionals, humane, empathetic and they care about animals and the safety of everyone. I needed to rescue my cat from a roof and they came fast with professional equipment to do the task. It's wonderful to have a company in Miami who can provide these services, highly recommended. Amazing company! I called Rene in the evening and asked to plant 3 big palm trees that the other company failed to plant, and they completed the job the very next morning in less than an hour! Other companies refused to even come and look at the site, but Rene was on site right away with all necessary equipment. Very affordable too. Highly recommend!!!

I called midday to get a quote and that same afternoon they showed up at the property. The service was done very shortly after confirming their proposal. The team that did the trimming (3 men) arrived on time with their uniforms, they were very professional, nice, and patient. Came prepared with different cutting tools including a bucket truck and disposal truck. Great teamwork while one trimmed the others took debris to truck. They wanted me onsite to guide them on what to trim. They also took all the debris and left the space cleaner than it was. Before leaving they asked me to check another time to make sure I didn’t want anything else taken care of. I 100% recommend their services!
