Dr. Thomas and the office staff are wonderful. My fur baby was hurt by another dog. They fit her in right away and took great care of her. ALSO, I didn't have to mortgage my home to pay for the care!

Stopped going to this vet when my boyfriend and I got a dog as our dog needed medication that they continued to not place the order for after multiple calls and visits. They were not updating his records at all. Each time we called they said they did not have updated records after we spoke to them 3 times. Our dog was sick and we were trying to help him. Most recently our family dog which we have brought there for 14 years was noticeably very sick and when we tried to make an emergency appointment they advised us they were too busy to take him with clear tones they did not care. Our dog passed away and when we called to advise them to cancel the appointment they said “we know”. Do not take your pets here. The front desk staff simply does not care.

I love this whole group from michon ,Karen, michele ,sam in the front to dr. J and Holly in the back happy happy thanks to all of you for mending Bertha's bad eye PS Bertha has a crush on Dr j Okay update... everything's the same but I need to add now Dr Larissa she is amazing perfect with Dr J my girl clydie Jane loves them both Not only Bertha mae, but clydie jane has a crush on Dr.j 🖤 These pics speak for themselves

Karen the receptionist was not the friendliest and welcoming person. I was standing there for a few minutes til I was helped and was asked if I signed in rudely. She asked me a few questions about my parents pet and I answered & was given a rude response back and was told maybe it would help if she could actually talk to someone. It wasn’t for another 30 minutes my dog was checked. Not to mention when I was checking out she gave another customer attitude right in front of me & everyone else could hear & talked badly about us to other coworkers. Upsetting visit I will not be taking my own dog here.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I used to bring my dog here often until we went in for a procedure and they gave her the wrong medication which caused her to have a seizure and continued in her life causing her to have a medication 3 times daily for it. Not only that but Dr. J told my dog she was going to die because she was over weight and kept repeating it to her (she lived another 5 years) I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their precious pet. Court street animal hospital is by far the best vet in the area!! They care about the animals that go there and do an amazing job with our furry friends, do yourself a favor and go to those lovely ladies instead of this awful place

I have used Connechusett's for about 6 years now. Currently, my dogs see Dr. Thomas, but we also have seen Dr. J, and I've been happy with both. They have always been able to treat my dog's illnesses successfully, and keep them up to date on any vaccines they need. Recently, I used their kennel for the first time. My dogs were there for 4 nights, and when I picked them up they looked great. They were clean, looked well taken care of, and didn't appear nervous at all. I intend to use their kennel service again.
