Everyone is amazing! They made all my dogs feel safe and comfortable. When my pup was sick they saw him right away the same day. I highly recommend bringing your pups here if you want great service

I drive by a closer Banfield office to go to the specific office. The employees are extremely personable and I feel like I'm going to my family doctor! They know my dog and she knows them! She gets taken care of with TLC! I highly recommend this. I have been a loyal customer for four years!

I was very excited to get my new puppy but a little worried about how I was going to pay for vet care. When I found out that Benfield had an affordable program to space out the visits shots and neutering and flea medication, I was happy to be able to avail myself of their services, I wasn’t sure about what the quality of care would be, but I have to say that after three visits, I am overwhelmingly happy about the care they show the puppy and to me and They’re overall customer service. I highly recommend Banfield pet care and in particular there installment puppy.program.

I can not emphasize enough to TAKE YOUR PETS TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! The staff is miserable and very unprofessional, the Blonde female doctor never introduced herself, she spoke to me as if I were gum on her shoe, she rolled her eyes and lied about having an emergency(the emergencies were already gone by the time i was checking out, by their own admission) just to avoid writing a paper script for antibiotics because I couldn't afford $135 for meds i priced at $72 from Sam's Club Pharmacy. They charged me and marked "complete" services that, again, by their own admission, weren't performed. My dog is 11 years old. She has a mass on her belly that they neglected to look at, they wouldn't even trim her nails for me citing "we tried, but she wouldn't let us" "what did the doctor give her when she had previous trims?" My reply? "A vet and a tech that knew what they were doing, apparently." Only a muzzle, no meds were needed. This location couldn't care less about their patients or their customers. Quite alarming. The photo is the receptionist who seems thrilled to assist 🙄 I encourage upper management to pull tape on the footage from my interaction in the room with the "Doctor". I guarantee she will be on a performance plan faster than she can turn around and leave another exam room without so much as saying we were finished.

Great staff and answered all my questions and concerns with my fur baby today! Signed up for one of the wellness plans and saved a lot, definitely recommend them.

I brought my Curry here for the 1st time. He has an ear infection. The technician Sonia was so patient and good with him. I highly recommend Banfield. 🐾
