I have had an exceptional experience at River’s Edge Animal Hospital. The entire staff is incredibly kind and friendly making my pets and me feel welcomed and comfortable. We have seen Dr. Blackburn and Dr. Tanis and they are both fabulous—thorough, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We had an emergency at the end of the business day and they were able to work us in right away. They took the time to explain everything in detail and ensured all of our questions were answered. The clinic is spotless which further reflects their high standards of care and professionalism. I feel at ease knowing my pets are in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend River’s Edge.

We had a really great experience! They are a bit in the high price for a checkup but they make it worthwhile. Everyone is super nice! Really helpful. Didn't oversell. The only ones in the areas who were available same day for an urgent injury visit and didn't want to change an arm and a leg for it. They're definitely on our list of places to go for an urgent care visit. Thank you for taking care of our pup, he recovered. It was super overwhelming and frightening so thank you for seeing us and being so uplifting and positive. We appreciate you!

My friend recommended this vet when I moved to Charlotte a few months ago. They’ve treated Hazel so kindly and our recent visit was due to explosive diarrhea. My poor baby got the meds that she needed and even though she doesn’t care for the Vet just look at the picture below to see how happy she was to even be there. Thank you 🫶🏼 🥹

I brought our newly adopted puppy here last week after reading tons of reviews searching for the best vet after bad experiences with our previous dog ..River’s Edge did not disappoint! ..clean environment with super friendly staff and doctors willing to engage in conversation and answer any and all questions.. I was so impressed I’m bringing my kittens for their first checkups later this week <3

I recently switched to River's Edge because of a new client promotion they had and it has been the best veterinary experience I've had in a while! Not that my previous have been a problem but that RE goes above and beyond for my dog. They make communication a breeze since they can call or text, which is convenient for my busy work schedule. They all do a fantastic job with transparency and explanation of care and health. Their prices are lower than a good number of the veterinary services in Rock Hill as well. And each time I've gone, the cost has been a bit lower than the quote. Which is probably just happenstance, but still has been nice. I highly recommend them!

The Veterinarian and the Tech was very friendly. The tech gave my kitty love almost the whole time we was there. We was seen right away. They took their time in the room and Answered every question. They was gental with my cat and very nice! The price was Reasonable. We will be back!!
