We are new to Rock Hill. They were great to work with, as we have 3 dogs and a cat. It was easy to get our records transferred to their clinic from out IL vet clinic. It was easy to make an appointment .Dr. Ferguson was great with our elderly dog, Louie. The others have not met him yet. But they are all older except the cat, so I feel we will have a great experience with them as well. Pleased to have our animals under his care.

Dr Haefele and her team were so kind and caring to my 2 dogs, Razor and Chewy. They allowed me to bring both pets in at the same time which was great for me and my schedule. They were attentive to my needs and answered all my questions and gave me choices on the best care for my 2 fur babies. I also had an emergency need a month ago where my older dog Peanut was in distress and was literally just hours from passing on his own. I was not even an established patient there but they worked me in and helped me put an end to my babies suffering and assisted him in crossing that bridge . I highly recommend these kind people.

Couldn't ask for anyone better. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The doctor is caring and explains in detail all that is happening and is always there when needed. If you need care for your pet, Rock Hill Animal Hospital is very highly recommended place to go.

Our cat, Kuro, was treated very well at RHAH. They were even able to cut her nails which is almost impossible. We also love the staff. They're all very nice and accommodating. A little pricey IMO but loved everything else!

Our Emma got snake bit. We're not from the area. I looked up places close to get her checked out. We walked in without calling (BTW you should always call) thankfully they weren't busy and was able see her. They are so friendly and very informative. We heard Emma whimper and a sweet lady started singing to her to help comfort her. Definitely would take my pet back to them. I felt like she couldn't have been in any better hands. Thank you

I have been going to Rock Hill Animal Hospital for 15 years. During this time I have not had any problems. They have taken care of my Collie that has now passed away and currently my Beagle. All of their Doctors, assistants and front desk people are very good and courteous. When my Collie passed away they were very professional and kind in my grief. I would highly recommend this Vet service for you to try out and see if they work for you.
