I’ve been here multiple times for my cats, and my experiences have all been pleasant. However, there is one staff member here who I’d like to give a special shout out to! Ashlynn is the most welcoming, friendly, and caring vet tech I’ve interacted with! Whether it’s in person or over the phone, she’s always had great energy and is genuinely kind. I’m glad I got to catch her name during my visit earlier today! Thank you again, Ashlynn! ☺️💗
Dr. Bedros was fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly examine my dog and patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of their animal patients. My dog, who is usually very anxious at the vet, was surprisingly calm thanks to the gentle and reassuring approach of the entire team.
Avoid at all costs! We took our cat here for some dental work and she ended up needing 13 teeth extracted. When we went for our 2 week follow up they refused to let us go back in the room with her or ask the vet any questions. When the vet tech brought her out she told us that she can stop eating soft food and immediately go back to her kibble without any transition period. We also asked about some red sores that developed near her mouth (pictured below) and we were told that is completely normal and just where the teeth are hitting on her lip and it would callus over and heal fine. A week goes by and our cat starts vomiting 2-3 times a day for about 4 days. We asked the office what we should do and they said they would leave a note for the vet and call us back to get her scheduled for another checkup. They never called us back so we called to get her scheduled. We brought her in and told them what we were instructed to do and they said the prior vet tech had lied and that she ABSOLUTELY should not have transferred back to dry kibble. They said she should remain on soft food due to the number of teeth removed and the issues that creates with eating hard foods. They also told us that the marks on her mouth are not normal and it will not callus over and she will require ANOTHER surgery to remove her healthy bottom teeth… so after spending almost $1700 on her surgery less than a month ago they are now changing their story since we went into the exam room for this check up. Since we had to switch her to wet food we asked for some recommendations because our cat has a severe chicken allergy. They told us they would provide a prescription diet WITHOUT chicken and poultry. We went to fill the prescription and the first ingredient is hydrolyzed chicken liver. We called because this is exactly what they said they would check to make sure wasn’t in the food. They said again that they would leave a note for the vet and call us back. I reiterated that my cat does not have food to eat and we need to know what to feed her as she was on a limited bland diet for over a day now due to her throwing up from their negligence. They called us back and informed us that hydrolyzed chicken should be safe for animals with chicken allergies and that “9 out of 10 pets have no issues”. Obviously at this point we lost trust in their suggestions and later found out that hydrolyzed chicken is just broken up into smaller molecules that are supposedly easier to digest but not guaranteed. For us it was not worth the risk of trying this food as she has severe reactions to chicken. They offered an alternative option but said “that one has turkey so it might have similar issues for her.” They absolutely do not take your animals care seriously and have created more issues than we started out with. My cat has lost weight and had numerous digestive issues as a result of their “treatment” of her. We have spent thousands of dollars at this point because they just want more reasons to bill you and get you in the door. Let this be a cautionary tale to avoid the aggravation and keep your pets healthy!! Super overpriced and poor quality of care.
I went to All Bay Animal Hospital on 5/21/24. They got me in that day because my dog had an ear infection and she was in pain. Another vet couldn't get her in for a week! The people at the front desk, the Vet Assistant and the Vet were all very friendly & caring. Even the people in the lobby were friendly! I will definitely go back!
The team at All Bay Animal Hospital were so welcoming. Dr. Bedros was warm and knowledgeable. We were actually shocked to see our very shy, nervous, adopted cat so calm for his first visit. Also, the clinic is run with care and integrity, which was what I was looking for when we made our first appointment here. Thank you to an amazing team!
Extremely good care for my pets, they also are professional, clean, & have great filing systems. I always get alerts for vaccine time. I have already recomended them to my dog friends. They are a bit expensive however
