They are very unprofessional and don't care about animals. My 1.5 year old cat died because of their multiple mistakes. Please, never bring your pet to them, not a single animal deserves this treatment. My cat was their patient since I got him from the breeder, seen by several different vets there. They failed at finding his heart problems. When I brought him with no appetite and difficulties moving, the doctor said he ate a hairtie and started giving him laxatives and liquids, and gave him to me hardly moving in the evening in the even worse condition, I though they put him under sedatives. Next day I called saying that he is getting even worse has difficulties breathing, they said they can only do a follow-up visit the following day, because they are busy. My cat passed away before that visit in the emergency room 2 minutes after I brought him, his heart was not responding to CPR, his lungs were full of liquids they were giving him. Their failure to detect the most common and easily identifiable disease didn't just shorten his life, but also made him suffer the last hours. That was the smartest cat who would never eat a hairtie, which was not in the X-ray, it was just the vet's assumption because cats often do thag and thaf is the most common reason for his condision. Unfortunately I brought him to this place by recommendation. So, please, don't make the same mistake.

I went to have my sick dog 🐕 put to sleep. He was my soul dog and had raised him from 8 weeks old. He had Cushing Desease, and there was nothing that could be done . They let us come at any time, and that was good. However, I didn't feel a lot of compassion from them. The vet was curt and actually sent the police to my house for a wellness check. I guess I was too emotional for them. Scotty was everything I had left in my life, and I had just lost him, and it was overwhelming. I have no friends, no family here, and had to do this alone .

I took 2 of my cats to get spayed and neutered on May 10th, some of the reviews I have read about Critter Care have been iffy but I can tell you I have no complaints about Critter care! Very nice staff and doctors, very clean waiting room and exam room, the wait was very quick and I wasn't left waiting for them to bring my pets back. All around a very lovely experience. The vet that did surgery on my cats did very well and there where no complications. The cost for my male cat was 95$ and the cost for my female was 120$ because she was in heat. That price also included vaccines. I definitely recommend Critter Care and I have nothing negative to say about my experience.

Dr. Powell is amazing!! Our Mini Pig Twila Jean had a blockage in her stomach, she was very sick & in pain. Thankfully her amazing doctor was able to clear the blockage and get her back to normal. We are forever grateful for her and her hard work!! Only thing negative I can say is I wish the techs communication was better & due to short staffing it’s understandable. Very clean and the staff is very friendly/respectful. I will be bringing our girl back for sure!!!

Everyone there is compassionate, attentive and professional. They always help me with my 2 big dogs ( cause I'm old) and if they can't fix my animal, they always know and send me to the specialist that can.
