I had clothes that I could no longer fit and waited around for years to lose the weight when someone else could wear them. This place marks items at a fair price so that the people who need them can purchase them. I don't like to see second-hand items cost more than new ones. Especially when you get the people who actually need the help.

Nice people. Free breakfast lunch and dinner. 100 beds serving the homeless and the disenfranchised. Did some volunteer work here and enjoyed myself. Great vibe and they seem to be doing great thongs for the community. I believe there is also a rehab here and a warming center.

Most of the staff are ok, just working my program was sabotage by staff allan,lied to have me put out in the cold after numerous times of barrowing cash from clients watch out for horrible humans beings case mgr Ms gardener, Mr Porter Mr Allan inhumane treatment I experienced from them

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!!! I didn't expect to honestly have my mind changed so completely in the course of one week. Everyday I went hungry with no job there was a big home cooked meal. If I missed it they made sure to grab what they could so at least I had something. Councilors there to help. Staff with more patience than I ever have had. I'm learning from them. I detested going to church mass at first. But they have been some of the most compassionate and accepting people I've been blessed to meet. This place does desperately need donations of blankets clothes shoes boots etc. I'd give it 5 stars for someone who came in just losing everything. They just need more good people helping out

I came here over week ago stayed the night in the morning I asked to speak to a case manager all I got was an attitude. Came back after I didn't want to ...Asked for a mask attitude again...I'll take my chances weather I get killed outside don't nobody care! I can't deal with the bad attitude. I had a so-called case manager there...I was called a liar because he thought I didn't have any I.D. I had his assistant make copies to put on file. Didn't like the attitude whatsoever and this was my first time meeting with him. I left stayed in the streets yea they gave me a top bunk bed that I couldn't get into I told the night staff this. Two weeks later I get a call from the case manager now he addresses me as "Sir" and was all concerned I just made up something to get him off the phone. It's way too late to change the attitude! 🔥 up
