My dog has not received good care here. First, their scale is approximately 10 lbs off and they always mention that he is underweight when we come for an appointment. This seems concerning given that 10 lbs is a lot for most dogs. We have paid hundreds of dollars for bloodwork, only to have the clinic take 3 weeks to give us results that should have taken 5 days. They do not fill prescriptions or communicate with outside pharmacies in a timely manner. Costco has been trying to contact them through multiple methods and they do not respond. The last time I called to check on the status of my dog’s prescription, they lied and said Costco hadn’t called them even though Costco told me the days and times they had contacted Iron Bridge Animal Hospital, with no response. As a result, my dog has been off his medication for two weeks now as the clinic has not been timely in refilling his prescription. I would not recommend this vet clinic. Our dogs are family members to us and they have not received good care here.

I love it here! My pups are well taken care of. All the staff are so caring. They are available for urgent care same day and also for routine visits. My pups love the treats there so much we bought them for them at home !!

Staff treats your fur baby like their own. Helps the pet owner feel very comfortable 😌 with any situation and will break down the issues so you can understand how your fur baby feels. Highly recommend 👌 👍.

The staff are caring and compassionate. They provide excellent care for all animals. They explore different ways for the proper care for your pets and make it easier for you to understand. I have been a client for the last ten years and all of my pets are seen there. I highly recommend them.
