I have visited this place four times. Every time I have to sit and wait for an hour minimal beyond my appointment time. Their office procedures are very unusual compared to other veterinary establishments I have used. For example, after 55 minutes of waiting a person that doesn’t identify themselves comes out with a little spiral notebook to ask questions. Meanwhile the person at front desk could have done this while I sat waiting. They always say they had an emergency come in; however after asking they book many appointments at the same time with only one doctor and assistant. After speaking to doctor she said this is every place and the industry is short staffed.

Dr. Monaco is a wonderful doctor and has an equally wonderful staff. My pup chloe was seen quickly and efficiently and the staff were detailed with their questions before being seen. Thanks doc!

I visited Dr Mónaco and her team after recommendations from friends and family. Every interaction I’ve had with Dr Monaco and her staff has been professional, informative, compassionate , and of excellent quality. I’ve taken both of my pets to her multiple times and have zero complaints. She makes sure you understand your pets diagnosis, educates you on different treatment options and even sends follow-up emails to see how they’re doing. I cannot recommend this clinic enough and will keep taking my pets there every time I need to.
