I went to Lockwood vet for the first time yesterday with my 12 year old who’s having issues with his hips. Oh my Gosh! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I got everything explained to me thoroughly which included many options for treatment. It was so refreshing and put me at ease. I now have better understanding of what he is going through, how to help him, and how to better give him his pain medication. I have always heard how great they are but felt I lived too far away. Now I feel I would travel any distance to take one of my babies there. Thank you so much!!

We have been clients of Lockwood Vet for years with our cats and dogs. They are reasonably priced, caring and won’t ‘sell’ a bunch of extra services your pet doesn’t need. First time taking my own cat to the vet (hooray, adulting) since we've never had any problems before now. Everyone was super kind. I explained I'm a little on the tight budget side and they tried to do everything the best while being cost-effective. We thought my baby Timtam was diabetic but the doc had concerns it could be a few other things and recommended doing a full blood panel. We were right and the entire visit was only about $220 out of pocket and billed later as I explained I was getting paid literally the following day. All in all, everyone was incredibly kind, super easy to work with and eased my anxiety in a new situation and treated Timtam with care. Everyone liked her so much they kept stopping by to say hi! Super sweet people here and I'll keep bring my loved ones here.
