I wanted to share my experience experience with best friends hospital over the past few months of taking both my senior pups to urgent care. I first took my Husky Max there in June for some hip pain, he had hip dysplasia that was managed pretty well for his age. We started him on anti inflammatories, and he got better. Fast forward to October and he went downhill pretty quick, another visit to urgent care. We started laser therapy and he was really improving in mobility and comfort. The week after thanksgiving we rushed his brother Zack to urgent care. A couple hours later we found he had extensive cancer and a massive tumor that had ruptured his Spleen. We decided to end his suffering and let him pass with dignity. The following month right after Christmas Max found himself in urgent care once again. A couple hours later a very similar prognosis, bone cancer and multiple tumors. One large enough to impede his bladder., once again our family made a heart wrenching decision to end our best friends pain. The past few months have been extremely emotional. Best friends animal hospital and all their staff where nothing short of amazing. They were caring, compassionate, honest and understanding of the situation. We are so glad we found an amazing vet to take our precious pets to for years to come. I will also say their pricing is very fair. Every time we called we got in immediate and they always did the best they could to accommodate the situation.

Everyone is always so friendly. I've had nothing but positive experiences. When I had to put my cat down, they were very respectful and supportive. My dog always enjoys going to the vet and seeing all her human friends.

10/10 experience for us. It was a terribly sad day for our family as we were saying goodbye to our beloved dog, but we were so touched by the kindness, warmth, and compassion from every single person we interacted with at Best Friends. Our experience was vastly different than what we experienced at other clinics. They didn’t make it all about money…in fact, we paid for the service on our phone and didn’t even have to go to the front desk amidst the grief of losing our dog. Dr. Peters was really, truly wonderful. Thank you Best Friends for giving us the best experience in the worst circumstance.

I love Best friends Animal Hospital. Dr. Gokke is the one that is who touched my heart ❤. She is amazing person. She is knowledgeable and has a heart of Gold. Dr.Smith her husband is a awesome surgeon. He loves all our puppers and they love him. Dr Miller is always a delight to have and very caring vet. I love Best friends. Everyone there is patient and kind. One person I also care dearly about is Kaitlynn she always takes care of my needs with the puppers. She has a absolutely wonderful personality and she smiles, she loves her job ❤. We love her to pieces. The people here are some of the sweetest people in Billings, they saved our dog Junes life, and they were so understanding and soft spoken, we just moved to Montana from Alaska and this is the best pet hospital we have ever been to, thank you to all of you for everything

I will never take my dogs anywhere else. They are the best, very caring. My dog had surgery there and they have followed up numerous times to make sure she is recovering. They kept me informed the whole time and were upfront about all costs. All of the staff have been terrific. Thanks for the exceptional care for Josie!!!
