It was time for a yearly checkup for my 14 (almost 15) year old Persian. During the initial exam Dr Brown quickly caught an issue. This really needed immediate attention as it was causing hidden issues and would result in a hospitalization. She was taken in immediately and the situation corrected without hesitation. She was picked up later that afternoon a little fussy but healthy and by a relieved pet parent. Dr Brown and company has been her only medical and would (HIGHLY) recommend anyone with pets utilize the services offered. Stop by visit ask questions. My furballs continued well being is assured with the Staff Dr Brown has assembled. My sincere appreciation and thank you for all you do and did that day.

I travel almost 2 Hours from Cody, WY to Billings, MT any time my dog needs anything other than his routine vaccinations. I have a 3 year old Male Boxer (Riddick) - He has had multiple surgeries at this clinic, and the staff has always been so kind, caring, and compassionate when it comes to his care. From the minute we walk in the clinic he is surrounded by vets & techs that are 100% committed to give him the best care possible! Not only are they all so patient and loving, but I have always left that office feeling confident in our plan of care. The Vets and Techs are great about answering any/all of my questions. Thank you so much for all that you have done, and continue to do for my boy Riddick!!!

Absolutely the best vet experience ever! Our questions were all answered and the care was top notch! We were treated just like family and everyone was so professional and caring! Customer for life! Thompson sends his very best head butt! He's very happy to be home and feels much better and showed it by having the "zoomies" this morning.

We had 2 of our American Bullies ears cropped here. Staff was wonderful but we’ve since learned that all the weekly taping and aftercare was unnecessary. The ears will usually stand in their own. So besides a lot of added expense, it was a lot of unnecessary anesthesia, drugs, driving and in our case secondary infection from the wraps. Get them cut and let them heal.

We bring both of our fur babies to the vet here! Everyone is super nice and my pets are so well taken care of! Our kitten has a fan club here and they do grooming as well! Highly recommend!

We've had our Siberian mix girl (now 11) to Animal Clinic of Billings twice -- Spring 2021 and recently -- and both times have been very good experiences for us. They are no-nonsense but friendly and I very much recommend them. They are much better than other vet services we and family members have had experiences with in this area.
