Soo Good Dumplings SOO

Had a construction dumpster fire at a neighbors driveway, who was not home and away for the summer in Maryland, unknown how it started, in Grand Harbor, in North Harbor Village, and security called 911 and IRC Fire Rescue responded and Engine 12 arrived and extinguished the flames. Great response and awesome job lead by the Lieutenant and his two man crew!!! Fire completely out!!!

Ben and Derek from Rescue 4 C Shift took great care of my husband. As a cardiac patient who has had multiple heart attacks and a triple bypass, he has had his share of experiences with medical personnel, and these men were wonderful. Their knowledge & professionalism went a long way to put us at ease; we felt comfortable knowing my husband was in good, capable hands. Thank you Ben & Derek!!

We had to call them to help lift my Dad when he fell at 3 am . My Mom and I both could not lift him back into bed. Thankfully, the three gentlemen that came out were all kind, professional, and were able to easily lift him back into bed. I cannot thank you enough for doing that for us, and having to see us at our worse (in our PJ's), and lifting my Dad and leaving him with dignity as well. I suppose you must get calls like this quite often with an elderly population in this area. Thanks again,

Station#14 gave our family an A+ invitation to an educational fire safety course. My grandson (5 years old) had an incident involving a false alarm. They took my grandson under their wings for about an hour. I must say this event was unannounced and not scheduled. So we are so deeply honored to be in a city with such great men and women. The Fire Chief should be extremely proud of these three men. Thank you again!!!

First I want to give my thanks to our first responders. My experience this morning, during the clean up of an accident on US 1 in front of Publix and Walgreens, was not good. Traffic was being detoured as necessary. The vehicles were gone. Instead of offering an additional lane, a responder was rude and very nasty when we asked if it was possible to go straight on a clear lane. I was shocked. We were not rude or condescending. Yes, we had somewhere to be. This responder asked if we going to be late for our tennis match! We are on our way to a Rock Steady Boxing class for my husband who has Parkinson's. Shame on him.

911 responders showed up at my neighbors home she had fallen and was lying on the floor a report from her care giver was as follows... saying that her B/p was 77/42 she C/ O neck and back pain . .they did not stabilize her neck. Then they stood her up and put her in the chair her.. She is 93 years old . They did ask if she wanted to go to the hospital...she said no..of course.. however it's how you say it ...she did end up going to the hospital and Has a fracture T12 and an MI. Please instruct your team how to move a client complaining of neck and back pain after a fall!
