Poor High prices Pet programs are a rip off Impossible to cancel programs Didn’t return calls to the vet after pet surgery - for weeks Doctor too busy to consult with customer after major surgery

They’re good with my three dogs even my skittish one. The workers all seem very nice and my dogs are happy to see them. Leaving 4 stars because it is a smaller vet so they lack some of the larger equipment. They’re great for regular visits like shots and check ups.

We have been going to Banfield hospitals (both in Fl. & NC) for over 20 years with our dogs and have noticed a decline in the level of care/service etc. but yet the wellness plan premiums are always rising. Seriously considering canceling our dogs wellness plan.
