When I bought my home, Quinn completed the termite inspection. He was pleasant and professional to work with. Six months later, Quinn, Eric, and Jason came back to clean debris from my crawl space and install a vapor barrier. They were, again, pleasant and professional and completed the task beautifully. The office staff is also easy to work with as I ended up having to reschedule twice. I gave lots of notice, and they were completely flexible. Highly recommend these guys for any service they are willing to tackle!

Ray's is an absolute scam. They promised to set traps for free if I still had moles and they did not. They refused to do it until I paid for another treatment. The first was nearly $300 & it accomplished nothing.

THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD NEWS! STAY AWAY! Did not provide service requested to remove squirrel. Dismissed. Later sent a bill for services. They pulled a number out of their hat and sent me a bill. Had to place call and email for cease and desist. Have no agreement but received collection notice. Will be determining legal action for slander. to FDCA.

Stacey came to help with a roach problem we started having and he explained everything he was going to do, he went ahead and scheduled a 2 week follow up while I was here so I could set a reminder, and he was also very kind to let me know what else I needed to do after the treatment so I could make sure my 1 year old was okay to come back into the apartment with me.
