It is illegal for anyone at the Humane Society to make allegations on anyone about the personal privacy of how they maintain and maintenance they thought you cannot assume and not give services to people because of their color or the kind of dog they have you cannot think that every black person is Selling dogs and breeding dogs and then deprived them of help. It’s not fair. It’s prejudice and is wrong.My puppies was denied food and my name was being made fun off also they questioned Kids about the reason behind the puppies it was unprofessional very prejudice mean and not fair to the puppies or my family or the kids that was humiliated and turned around with no puppy or dog food

I thank all the employees and volunteers that assisted the dozens of dog and cat owners get their pets rabies shots this past week. It was a first for me and my usually non-compliant cattle dog. I called in advance because I was concerned there may be an issue, but Jessica assured me they would work with me and my dog. What happened next was next to miracle-- Jessica and the vet gave my dog a shot with out an issue. Professional, fair, firm and loving worked! Thanks for great team work! So grateful you you did not turn us away, but cared enough to try. As a result, I paid for the shot and made a donation (not to boast, rather to encourage others to give!). I will continue to support the mission of the FCHS and won't forget what happened.

Always willing to help someone with food for their pet(s), or other needs. Vouchers available for those who qualify, to help offset preventative care costs, emergency visit and spay/neutering. Rabies clinics throughout the year make it affordable for those who can’t afford to see a vet regularly.
