Very professional and timely. I took a kitten I rescued off the street to be spayed and chipped. They did a great job. She was up and moving within a few hrs.of picking her up. She's a sweet kitten and her surgery was a success.

They were a blessing helping us with our little boy! He fell and broke his leg. We were referred to them by an emergency animal hospital. He needed surgery and they scheduled him in less than 24 hours. We drove 2.5 hours to see them. He is so happy now, well besides wearing the cone!!

After having a horrible experience with Brandywine SPCA who kept my cat all day and "ran out of time" to spay her, I immediately called HAP. WOW what a difference. They were friendly, professional and truly seemed to care about bot only my cat, but me. I was blown away by how clean and fresh smelling the clinc was as well as how professional the staff appeared. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Had the best experience with HAP Wilmington, Kelly and the rest of the staff are so wonderful. Kelly is super knowledgeable about all the kitties and she steered us in the perfect direction to find our ideal cat. Our little guy is settling in wonderfully and we could not be happier!!!

One of my three dogs was spayed here. I had a wonderful experience. They treated my Cinderella so wonderfully. Thank you to Dr and staff. I also walked over to see the dogs that were up for adoption and it was incredibly clean. The dogs had bones and lots of toys. Amazing place.

I am really impressed by this organization. We recently adopted a puppy from them and they were awesome. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they quickly answered us and would see us. Our puppy is amazing and we have them to thank for that. Here are some pictures of our little girl.
