I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at the Humane Society in Wilmington. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that everyone there truly cares for the animals and works hard to find them loving homes. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, making sure every animal receives the care and attention they deserve. They go above and beyond. I was so impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facility is. Thank you, Wilmington Humane Society, for the amazing work you do every day. Wilmington is lucky to have such a dedicated team!

There are other vaccine clinics in the area that WILL NOT DECLINE to service your pet if you ARRIVED & WAITED before their end time. Unfortunately, HAP will disappoint you & your pet! This location is poorly organized with time, volunteers, and providing the email receipts of paid services. The vaccine clinic was scheduled today for 9am -11am. I arrived before 10am and had to join the long line of vehicles waiting outside of the gated lot. A volunteer handed each car a # and instructions to complete the application on your cell phone. The volunteer also stated that the line was moving and more cars were able to go inside the parking lot. I scanned the QR code from their instructions & rec'd the email to complete my application at 10:11am. Shortly after 5 mins a volunteer directed me to drive inside the lot and park in space #1. Well, I did exactly that and waited until a volunteer walked over to all the vehicles AFTER 11am to tell us that they were done and to come back next Saturday for another clinic. If you value your time and your pet(s), go to Faithful Friends! They have a new location on Airport Road. I was able to get my dog vaccinated TODAY without the stress of waiting and being declined. Thank you Faithful Friends!!!!

They were a blessing helping us with our little boy! He fell and broke his leg. We were referred to them by an emergency animal hospital. He needed surgery and they scheduled him in less than 24 hours. We drove 2.5 hours to see them. He is so happy now, well besides wearing the cone!!

Very professional and timely. I took a kitten I rescued off the street to be spayed and chipped. They did a great job. She was up and moving within a few hrs.of picking her up. She's a sweet kitten and her surgery was a success.

After having a horrible experience with Brandywine SPCA who kept my cat all day and "ran out of time" to spay her, I immediately called HAP. WOW what a difference. They were friendly, professional and truly seemed to care about bot only my cat, but me. I was blown away by how clean and fresh smelling the clinc was as well as how professional the staff appeared. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this establishment! From start to finish - their service was impeccable. Myself and my sister both had our dogs neutered here a week apart - we both received stellar treatment as did our babies. Beyond impressed and forever grateful for places like this that offer amazing AFFORDABLE care for your pets! 10000/10 recommend
