Amazing vet for emergencies! I brought my 7 month puppy in because I thought he was choking. Turns out he wasn’t and we think he got into poison. The staff was incredible with him. I was an emotional wreck and they were so sweet with everything. He is staying over night and hopefully he will pull through. Thank you to everyone there!
Both the ER and the regular vet have been amazing. Brought my new puppy in "Lady" she had a broken leg and they took such good care of her. The staff is very nice, knowledgable, and caring. They are my regular vet now. All the staff has been so good from check in, the visit and check out. Thank you for all you did for my girl. I will be bringing my other 2 dogs here from now on.
Dr. Larson was great! My Lulu got her poor paw stuck in the door and I feared it was broken. The staff were kind and the whole process was pretty easy. Less expensive than I thought it would be for an after hours visit which is a plus for unexpected expenses. Luckily, nothing was broken and shes starting to feel better ❤️
My cat died unexpectedly in the middle of the night this week and the experience I had with the night team has left me feeling confused and disappointed. I think they must have a corporate policy that prohibits vets from suggesting you euthanize your pet. The vet who called me to share that my cat was brain dead didn't suggest I euthanize her, rather, he asked what I wanted to do. When I said that I didn't know what to do and that he was the vet, he suggested I come and look at her, like I could make a difference. He hedged around the euthanasia option until I said it, then he said it was my only choice. Why didn't he lead with that? I don't know if I will go back to this vet over this single experience, even after years of good experiences. Another thing I want to mention, they didn't tell us that a "common side effect" (the vets words after our cat died) of blood transfusions was blood clots. If we had known that there was a significant chance she would die from this treatment, we wouldn't have paid $2,000 to do it. We would have just brought her home to die with her loved ones around her.
They were awesome. They were very communicative about my cat’s issue and they brought me pricing estimates before we made any decisions as far as how to proceed. The staff was incredibly kind and the doctor was very gentle with my cat, and very clear about what’s his ongoing needs would be. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the wait time, but it was completely expected and understandable as we took him in late at night and it’s an urgent care. Really great service.
My dog accidentally pulled out a nail and was bleeding quite a bit. I tried close to my home, but it was after regular vet hours so I was so grateful to find a facility that was open and we were quickly seen. They treated my dog with so much kindness and respect and took the time to answer so my questions. They showed me the right way to clip my dog's nails to avoid another nail injury in the future. It's expensive but reasonable because they are providing emergency services. I'd highly recommend this place.
