I’ve been going here for many years now. They’re always very kind and empathetic and attentive. The service is excellent. They really care about their patients. Everytime I call I feel like they get me an appointment within a week etc which I think is very cool because other clinics usually have me wait months. They took very great care of my cats and dog. I like that they do a breakdown of treatment and pricing etc before going forward. It gives me a clear view of my options. I’ve recommended this clinic to many of my friends. I’m grateful for the staff and doctors for all of their hard work!

Expensive place, did nothing for dog said jaw broken. X-rays very unclear where poor quality, about $100 a view, don't understand why no more X-rays done to verify and show where. Only cost to them is the electric to do it a couple of cents. For a a trauma very poor service. This is not a hospital since it doesn't do any surgeries, all the do is refer you to some expensive place that they must get a kickback from.

I love Dr. Greer and her team. The vet tech Drew was so amazing with Jeriko, that he let him touch him. Their prices are great too. I've finally found my new veterinarian.

My BF and I got our first puppy and after researching different Vet offices, we landed here. This office has been nothing but nice each time we've gone in. We've had tons of questions about our puppy care and they were quick to answer each one confidently. Our pup was treated for Giardia and also got neutered. Everyone was helpful when it came to prescribing medication and addressing questions/concerns that have come up. Thank you all for treating us and our pup with love and care.

I’ve taken my dog here for 10 years since she was a puppy and they’ve been fantastic. The whole staff has always taken great care of her and makes sure to follow up after every visit. They make sure to explain everything clearly and walked through things in detail including my dog having FHO surgery on her back leg for her hip dysplasia. They do their best to make shots as easy and painless for the pups as well. I do wish they had a grassy area outside to take the dogs to go potty though but I can’t recommend them enough.

I have a 4 month old puppy I have been brining to Redwood now since he was 8 weeks old. I have had 5 appointments now. 4 for his shots and today for his neuter/chip surgery. I can't say enough great things about the staff here. I have never waited more than 3 min and the vet is absolutely amazing! When his surgery was done today (in less than 3 hours) the vet personally called me. She even sent me a photo and said he has been getting held the whole time. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!
