This place is our favorite. Instead of piling up dog foods in the closet that my dog won't eat, we can try them in store till I find one my dog likes. This is a HUGE help for Winston. Plus very competitive pricing with a large selection. Very good grooming. Staff is very friendly and they know their products.

Tokyo looked so happy and not terrified to come back home. And they trimmed her nails as short as they could, it’s hard cause she’s anxious. But I can tell they did their best and I’m so happy! Thank you love it

Organized and set up like all other Petsmarts. Clean store. Found it strange that the fish tanks had caution tape with a sign preventing customers to get close to the fish. The cashier was super nice. I’ll come back for the convenience of the location.

They were quite cordial and made sure I got all the treats and shampoo I needed, even as they were closing. The shampoo worked great and my dog finally looks beautiful!! 🤩

Most horrible grooming experience I’ve ever had. Appointment was at 2:30pm, got my puppy there by 2:15pm. They said it would take 2 hours…. 6:30pm comes around and he is finally done. During the wait I asked what was going on, they had not even started on him by 4:30pm because they had “gotten busy and people had to leave”. What was the point of having an appointment if they were accepting walk ins in front of our appointment? Then they charged me two extra $10 nondisclosed fees plus the $100 cost of the grooming. Horrible customer service. Some kind of service recovery would have been appreciated after spending over 4 hours waiting with no communication or apologies.

The employees , gave me individual, personalized help,and if they couldn't help they found some one who could. Didn't leave with out what I needed . Loved it. I was not ignored
