My elderly mother lives in the country and tries to help stray cats. She needed to take a few kittens to rehabs so they could find homes so she could continue to help other stray cats. My son, to help his grandmother, reached out to Jen’s Kitty Rehab and asked if they could take them. They asked some questions and wanted pictures, which my mother obliged. She got no response from Jen’s Kitty Rehab. Knowing how busy it can be to take care of animals, my mother loaded the kittens up and brought them to Jen’s kitty Rehab. She was met at the door and asked if she was the grandmother. Then she was told that they aren’t taking in anymore cats. If they weren’t taking in any more cats then why not message back and tell us this? She wasn’t called by name and was treated so rudely.

I’m so lucky to have the privilege of partnering with this amazing organization. Jen has such a passion for all of the cats that come into her care. All are given the best care possible and extremely selective in who adoptable cats find homes with. The knowledge that she has and is willing to share with anyone is incredible. I am proud to be one of her fosters and volunteers. Also found my dream kitty Yeti from this rescue!

Jen's Kitty Rehab is a blessing to our area. Jen is so sweet and I'm so thankful we were able to get our beautiful girl from them. It looks like people are leaving negative reviews out of bitterness and spite, and that's awful because I can't imagine how many more homeless cats our area would have without JKR. Please support them, and if you're a responsible pet owner looking to add to your family, you should definitely go meet the kitties!

This is a wonderful organization. They care deeply for their kitties and make sure they go to only the best homes. They are willing to make tough calls and deny unfit owners which is what the negative reviews seem to be. I've gone to meet their kitties and talked to the owners and they're amazing people who sacrifice to get care for the cats of this town. I would love to adopt from them someday. They have an open space facility for their cats where they can interact with each other and all the cats are clearly happy and well socialized. Jens kitty rehab is a treasure to Fort Smith!

Jen’s is an amazing organization. Helped me with a feral cat colony when I was clueless as to how to do it. You can tell how much they love the animals! Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a cat or kitten or help with a colony. They are the best
