The people at Banfield are awesome..from the desk all the way to the vet tecs and absolutely the vets! My Boogie Bojangles has been loved by every one there from almost birth till now. About a year and a half..and he is a hap hap happy doggie! Thank you all!

Took my dog there for her annual shots via her wellness plan (which is a great value on its own). She apparently had a good time as she was whining when we left and she usually only does that when we leave her sitters place because she loves the play time. Anyway I appreciate that after all her services they called the next day to check on her and make sure she didn't have any issues with all the shots. Good bunch of people there and I'd highly recommend them. Ms Diva says see ya later gator lol

Love this place! I always get in when needed and have great feedback from the doctors while my pet is there. Paying a small monthly amount is much better than a gigantic amount at the end.. I have used the service way before they moved to their actual place and wouldn’t change it for the world. My Rusty, is 14 and healthy as a horse, small dog!

Please be aware that the reviews about attitude don't lie. I had booked my appointment the night before and called to confirm a few things which were not clarified on the website but were present in the reviews - specifically that it's drop off only, nothing big. My dog is my life and I'm particular about anyone who isn't me handling him so I was mostly calling for peace of mind, not to cause a problem. At the LEAST I was expecting someone with a little bedside manner. I was met with a completely ambivalent response that shrugged off my concerns and spoke to me as if my asking for clarity was an inconvenience. Imagine dropping the ball before the client even walks through the door. Yikes guys.

BEWARE!!!!! I’m extremely unhappy with Banfield. I wish I could give them a 0. They truly only care about money. They will pressure you into getting the Wellness Plan and falsely advertise it, but it is a huge scam! You would be better off getting pet insurance for the same price or cheaper. Besides the vaccines, there is no benefit at all. There is also no way to cancel the plan even if your pet has passed away or you no longer have your pet. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. You will not be able to get someone on the phone, no matter what day or time you call. They do not care about helping you, only about taking your money. 0/10 would not recommend.
