And people wonder why puppy mills are still a thing....Adeline made the process such a negative experience. She kept a furbaby from being removed from a cage to go to a furever home for lifetime of absolute spoiling. The other two gals working there were quite kind and there for the right reasons......until this gal and others like her are absent, puppy mills will thrive. What should have been a simple experience was made RIDICULOUS!
