What a fantastic experience from the beginning! Katie was incredibly helpful and patient answering all of our questions and helping us choose the best dog for our family. She even helped arrange to get the dog to us (out of state), and our new bundle arrived healthy, happy, and easily adjusted. We can really tell that Katie and her family did an amazing job caring for and preparing the pups. Our little lady is so chill, flexible, and easily trained. Ivy is the perfect addition to our family!

I ran into Shasta Royal Monroe on the good dog app. I reached out because Katie seemed to be very committed to the Australian Labradoodle breed with her knowledge and certifications. She genuinely cares and that really shows. I got a puppy who is incredibly well behaved for being so young. After bringing him home he was already going potty mostly on the absorbent pads (majority of the time) and did a quick vet check upon our arrival home and the vet even said you have a puppy in perfect health that’s been well cared for! Could be be happier with this adorable puppy! Thank you Katie!

Shasta Royal Monroe matched us to the perfect puppy! They respond quickly to questions and we were able to visit the puppies several times. The puppies are being raised in a loving family home. Our puppy came home comfortable with understanding our older dog’s communication about when to stop, loving all people and his potty training had already been started. He is a happy little guy and we love him!
