Excellent staff and facility. I have known Dr. Cain for several years now as he took care of my older labs that passed away last year due to age. Now I am bring my new lab puppies to Deer Creek as I trust Dr. Cain and the team is wonderful to work with in getting appts setup and meds if needed. I highly recommend Deer Creek Animal Hospital.

Dr. Strickland, Jess, Morgan, and Jacklyn are AWESOMENESS! They have cared for all my pets for 3+ years. They honestly love the pets and explain to the client what is going on every step of the process. Zeke, my 20 year old dog, is a medical service dog. His care is of the utmost importance. They get it! Pets are family!

We have had great care for both our dogs at Deer Creek Animal Hospital. We usually see Dr. Cain and he is very caring and always takes time to answer any questions and make sure we are comfortable with any treatments. We have seen other vets there as well and have had good experiences. They are also good about following up to check on pets after treating them.

UPDATE: DEER CREEK DOES NOT KEEP RECORDS OF YOUR PETS VACCINES INFORMATION INCLUDING SERIAL NUMBERS OR MANUFACTURER!!! This means if your pet later becomes ill you will lose the ability to be reimbursed!!!! Both of our 2 year old dogs were last vaccinated here and currently up to date on their shots. They both have recently tested positive for parvo and needed costly treatment from a different vet clinic. Because satisfaction is guaranteed with vaccinations I opened a case with the manufacturer to have our bill reimbursed. In order to do this the manufacturer HAS to speak with the treating vet clinic that administered the vaccine. I have called Deer Creek FOUR times now and sent two emails requesting this call be made. The manufacturer of the vaccine has also called Deer Creek and sent an email requesting the call. I’m told something different every time I call Deer Creek. They have absolutely refused to follow through and cooperate.
