Wildlife Removal service was outstanding and at a much lower price than another quote we received. We had our attic bat and mouse proofed, cleaned, old insulation removed, and new insulation installed. It was all completed in one day. The crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up very well. I especially appreciated that Steve, the owner, wrote out everything they were going to do so there was no question of what would be taken care of. We are very happy with this company.

Extremely rude, I called about a bird in my store needing removed. He immediately said “I’ll try to catch it, if I don’t it’ll cost …” I replied with okay and he hung up. Not 3 minutes later the bird died so I called back to tell him so and that I wouldn’t need help removing it and he replies “then just grab a towel and throw it out” then he immediately hangs up.

Had squirrels in our attic and Steve was able to come out quickly. He took at look at all the possible signs of how they were making their way in and he got right to work. He worked with us well and even stopped by to follow up and make sure we had our problem resolved.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I had a very unsatisfying experience with Steve after requesting a service about bats in our home. His customer service was condescending to say the least. He grabbed my waist with both hands and pulled me to a site of the house to “show me” where they could potentially be coming in, saying since his kids were younger than me he could push me around. Since we are renters our property manager had requested this service, and he talked to me like a child. I was shocked by this man handling I received from a total stranger. I did not find his behavior to be funny, it was extremely unprofessional. Not only did he not find the bats that we had seen and offered no solution other than to watch them outside the home until they fly in — it is not ok to put your hands on someone you don’t know. Obviously if I was a man Steve would not have felt like he could treat me like he did. So I would not recommend his services if you are somebody that prefers to be respected.

Called them for a rabbit that is injured. The man I spoke to on the phone is highly disrespectful. Did not seem to truly care about wildlife.

We used this company for bats in our attic. They are always professional and very knowledgeable! They got rid of bats in our attic a couple years ago, we recently started having issues again after our house was painted and they came out promptly and provided their recommendations. We will definitely use this company again for any problems we have in the future!
