I came here to get a dog scanned for a microchip and hopefully return it to it's owner within 30 minutes. The staff was pleasant and I was able to return the dog, however, upon entering there was a terrible oder of urine and feces....smelled like they maybe clean once a week. This oder assaulted me when I first walked in, I didn't even go back to the animal housing area. I would guess they need a lot more staff to clean kennels.

I adopted my 2 month old puppy here, he was also neutered the day I took him home I was told no medications were necessary. a week later I noticed he developed a terrible infection I took him back here since they did the surgery, I was told all they could do is try to help him since they are limited on supply’s. I took my puppy to a vet and right away they told me that they should have never neutered him this young and they should have gave me medication for him. He is now hospitalized and fighting to get better

Just moved here. Live close by decided to visit. Lots of staff just standing around and upon walking the kennels, they were filthy. Kennels full of urine and feces. Coming from the field, this is not "oh it's just happened" dried feces and the smell was pretty awful. Seen only 1 person attempting to clean kennels. Maybe not the other staffs responsibilities, but they definitely need a team effort to keep the animals sanitary.

Hi family and friends! I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Animal Services. Specifically, Michelle's behavior during my appointment was inappropriate, rude and unhelpful. Her response to my concerns was inadequate, and she seemed uninterested in addressing my issues. Michelle treated my son and I like we were imbeciles amd condescending! I will be submitting a formal complaint to her supervisor and will also bring this matter to the attention of my commissioner. This incident highlights the need for better communication and customer service at Animal Services. It is essential that the staff at Animal Services prioritize the needs of the public and provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation. If you experience this type of unprofessional services, I recommend that you file formal complaints!
