This is a great clinic. Appointments required, but they can usually get your pet in the same or next day. Very reasonable prices. They are also really quick and thorough!

They did a great job cleaning my dogs teeth and treating her ear mites. Very good price, not expensive at all. The Vet was a nice person, helpful and caring. I highly recommend this Vet.

People complain because his building is old. It’s not dilapidated and it is not only sparkling clean on the inside and know odor inside. Vet techs we professional she did look inside his mouth herself. The Doctor did an exam and cleaning, pulled teeth and gave pain medicine for 260.00. He is old school. He does not do blood work if the dog is over 11 I think. If he sees something wrong with the dog he wont clean the teeth. The only complaint I have is I didn’t get to meet him but that was my fault because I was late. I did see him examining a dog when we walked in and everything looked cool. I’m going to take my other dogs.

My mom had Diamond for 13 years. She was family and I called her my lil sister. We knew she wasn’t feeling well just didn’t think it was that bad. I called Eastside they scheduled her quickly. Morning of the appointment Diamond would not walk, cold and throwing up. Dr. Keil and his staff made us feel welcomed. Before he ran test he was honest and straightforward but showed empathy. After completing the blood-work he explained what was going on with Diamond. She was in kidney failure. He provided options and gave his best recommendation. Unfortunately we had to put Diamond to sleep. They allowed me to stay in the room while he performed the procedure. Some people will say, “It’s just a dog”. No she was my lil sister and we had to stop her suffering. Today we received a sympathy card from the office and it melted my heart. Thank you Eastside Animal Hospital Staff for being so kind during this time of loss. My mom wants another dog, it will take her some time. She has to feel the dog’s spirit. I can honestly say Dr.Keil will be our vet. Thank you!!

You didn't give my dog proper care because you were worried about the money you weren't going to get... You will have to deal with God about that... I wouldn't take it lightly. He died a month later. I miss him terribly. Some was my fault for letting him off his leash while he peed... But he would have lived. Have you gave him the proper care and done an x-ray in the first place after he got hit by a car... And let me know. He had a diaphromatic hernia. My dog suffered for a month because of you. Talk to God.

Dr Kiel is a good vet but doesn't have any empathy for you. I was very upset when my 17 yr old Shih Tzu was having mild seizures & the Dr talked to me very rude like. But don't get me wrong, he is a good vet.
