Became a foster parent to a puppy and only had to fill out a piece of paper and then picked up my dog it was a simply quick and easy process. The building was a little challenging to find but once we found it we were able to get in and out in not time. Iā€™m definitely going to come back to volunteer they have the option of coming and taking a dog out the shelter for the day or take an animal overnight and plenty of options to choose from !

A great place, please do all you can to adopt or foster. There are so many good dogs that need the perfect owner/forever home, all the staff are friendly and well trained in knowing what each family and each dog needs. you can also volunteer and do sleepover rovers, as in choose a dog that you would like to have a sleepover with and get to know. really awesome place as I volunteer here regularly šŸ‘ˆšŸ¤ŒšŸ‘

The staff and volunteers are amazing. They are devoted to helping the pets have a chance at a forever home and families that love and protect them. Please take the time to visit the kennel and perhaps find your forever friend.

I live this place. When you adopt a dog or cat, they pay to ha e it spayed or neutered along with the needed shots. It's such a huge help. The people are wonderful to talk to. Even if you foster they help with what they can to help you out. Best place to get a animal!

These people are really amazing. They do their best to find every pet a home and they go above and beyond to work with people, answer questions, and help the animals. Thank you for all you do. I know it's not an easy job but it is appreciated.

The adoption process is unfair. I took my friend to adopt a dog she had taken out for the day about a week ago and she started the adoption process once we arrived at the adoption center. After she submitted the paperwork, she asked if they would be bringing the dog out to her. The person who was helping her told her that he was currently in foster care and asked if she had been in contact with the fosters. How was she supposed to know that the dog was in foster care if no one initially informed her? How was she supposed to be in contact with the fosters? The person then called the fosters and gave them priority option over my friend to adopt the dog. This is unfair because another person who works there was explaining to a foster who was there at the same time as us that there are two options for fostering: regular fostering or fostering to adopt. When someone is a regular foster, the pet is still posted on the website for adoption. When someone is fostering to adopt, the pet is removed from the website because they are no longer up for adoption. While the person who was helping us was calling the fosters for the dog my friend wanted to adopt, I asked my friend if the dog she wanted was still posted on the website and she confirmed that he was - she had been checking every day since she took him out for the day. The fosters decided to adopt, which was obviously not something my friend wanted to hear. If the dog was still posted on the website, that means that the fosters were not fostering to adopt. So, they should not have been given priority to adopt the dog because it was still posted for adoption on the website. This is extremely unfair and should not have happened.
