Beware the Emergency vets there! They have removed my review and posted some pitiful excuse of an explanation about how sorry they are that my kitty died after their neglect and extortionist practices. It should be enough to tell you that my regular vet says that they will no longer advise people to take their pets there. Go elsewhere!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR BOARDING SERVICE!! If your dog has anxiety while in kennels they will call & ask to administer anxiety medication (no biggy) but they actually give your dog a sedative instead!! I picked my dog up a day early & he was sedated! Couldn’t walk straight, drooling uncontrollably, couldn’t hold his head up. Took him 24 hours to bounce back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG! Not to mention they were not willing to give my dog ANYTHING other than what they did. They didn’t try ANYTHING before going straight to a sedative. RUDE BEYOND MEASURE when I asked them to only administer trazdone - which they REFUSED!

I have been using this vet for years and have be satisfied the service and care given for my dogs until the last two visits. Todays experience may have me looking for a new vet. Two months ago I received a card in the mail stating it was time to renew my dogs vaccination. Having learned the hard way that they like to add all sorts of other meds to the vaccine unless specifically told that I did not want them. I stated clearly. Only give her what was necessary for her tag. Which they did do. When I return home I discovered that her previous tag did not expire for another 6 months! Shame on me for not checking before even going. As far today. I went in with out my dog to purchase Flea medication. When I set two feet inside to foyer, my foot sliped out from under me causing me to have to grab the door leading into the main lobby. It seems that some inconsiderate big dog owner was not aware or just did not care that their dog dropped a huge pile in the middle of the foyer and I just stepped in it! This I feel is not necessarily the fault of the staff or business I understand. If they did not know then how could I blame them. However, after stepping in it covering the souls of both my shoes and damn near falling into the mess. No one behind the counter offered me any assistance, apologies or even explanations. They saw it happen and did nothing to help me. I purchased my meds and was so shocked by the entire experience. Watching the young man attempt to clean the floor but paid me no attention. This is not the same vet it was a few years ago!

Before my pup was put down, Drs. Truman and Wright were there to help us the best they can; explaining what is best for our pup. When it was time, they were very comforting and gave us sweet message and let us know that our pup is in a better place. My other pup got sick. Dr. Mitchell took over and she was very patient and always explain what can be done to prolong our fur pup's life. She is very nice and optimistic. We know she is refraining on breaking our hearts that our pup has less days left. I wish they have advanced equipment so we do not have to go travel out of town etc. Overall, I like how they get to know you and your pups.

Our dogs were seen promptly and had our concerns addressed. Our dogs were nervous about their visit but staff knew how to handle them. Very happy with the services provided.

My grandma brought her dog here. The staff were nice. Offered a lot of information. I kind of stunned the receptionist by saying I have a pitsky. She asked what it was. I enjoyed showing her my furbaby's pic. She really showed interest.
