Due to office manager wanting my personal payment not understanding this is not my litter of puppies (total of 6) I called in for someone else this puppy didn’t see the knowledgeable dr moody & she is dying .All the office manager wanted to say is “why didn’t the owner call me ?” Well some people work some pay people to do their running around errands etc I asked for a price and was told “price is irrelevant till your bill is paid “.all quotes exactly as it was said…. Great Job Lady !!!

Great visits. Both Dr.s are great with our pets. Very understanding and kind. Easy to talk to. Friendly staff at the desk. There is plenty of room to sit and wait. They are quite affordable for a visit. The treatment for my dog has been a life changer for her and me.

This place is awesome!! The doctor is knowledgeable and very friendly. He took the time to explain things to me and didn't rush through our visit. I have an older dog and had extra concerns and questions. And he had no problem addressing them. I love that this is a walk-in clinic that does not stay jammed. This place is an absolute Gem and we love going there.

I have been going to Dr.. Mooney close to thirty years. He an incredible caring doctor who cares for his patients and the furbabies parents. He takes his time with each patient and when you leave his office you know exactly your baby’s problem is and instructions and how to care for them. He is the best.

I experienced a unpleasant visit due to bad office practices by a staff person in the office. I arrived a few minutes early for my 3pm appointment. I observed a customer who arrived minutes after me getting serviced before me. I asked the nice lady what time was her pet appointment? She replied 3:40. Really!! Why did she get in before me? How could that be? This lady had received service and was leaving the parking lot while I was still waiting for my pet to be attended to. As frustrating as it was to wait 45 minutes, I decided to speak to Dr. Mooney. His initial response was like maybe this or that happen but as I repeated the situation, he then went and pulled the paperwork and sure enough he saw what had happen. Yes, he acknowledged it was not right and apologized to me and assured me the matter will be discussed with his staff person. My visit was to get annual shots for my dog but I was so disturb that I could not see myself spending my money there at that moment. However, I needed his nails clipped if nothing else so I asked if he would just clip my dog nails and I will pay. Dr. Mooney took care his nail clipping and decided he would not charge the 9.50. This small deed was appreciated but it DID NOT satisfied how I was treated. My reason for the trip to the doctor was cut short. I thanked Dr. Mooney and left the premise and I'm not sure if I will ever return. Sorry but not sorry
