I called to see if they took walk-ins, which they do. I took my little furry friend in for their yearly check-up. Parked outside in a numbered spot. There's plenty of parking space. Check them in. They called when it was their turn to see the vet. The visit went well. They were definitely patient with my furry friend. Prices were okay. The staff were friendly.

The best doctors, the best prices, the most professional staff, and I would say nothing but five stars and good things. I've been there twice this week I had to go Tuesday for my dog's annual and we were treated exceedingly well by the doctors and the techs. Had to go back today because my dog, Faithful, broke one of his dog claws, it was tender and he was in a lot of pain. They gently diagnosed him, sedated him, and then they cut off the broken claw. They treat my dog the way I treat him, with love and care. From the minute you call on the phone 'til the minute you leave the door, nothing but good things can be said about their staff and facility. Thank you associated veterinary services.

I love AVS—they offer a fantastic spay/neuter clinic. Very affordable and provides a good service to the community. Thank you for taking care of my Joe & Tommy-O 🐈🐈

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I'm livid at the complete lack of concern for an animal hit by a car, 2 broken legs, protruding bones, and they put me in the normal line? No concern at all. I called ahead of time twice. Once I left a message which was not returned. The second I told them the situation and thought they may take it a little more seriously. When I arrived, I told them I was coming straight from the LSU emergency clinic with him and that I didn't have a carrier, that he was on pain meds, and of all the damage to him. They came out with a small carrier that a kitten would barely fit in. Two broken legs and now, after an hour of sitting outside, the pain meds had worn off. There would be no way to get him in now. So much for thinking his routine vet would take better care of him. Now I'm sitting in my car looking for a good vet to bring him to.

We've used AVS for 30 years using several different doctors along the way. All were GREAT! Dr Forbes is our first choice for at least 10-15 years. She's professional, personable, takes time with us and our pets are very comfortable with her care.

I brought in my two rescue kittens for vaccines and spay. The staff was great. They treated my kittens kindly and answered all my questions about care and treatment. Will definitely go back!
