Our baby Willow LOVES VCA!! We see Dr. Velasquez and she is so loving to our girl. The whole staff is so friendly and kind. We chose VCA originally because they are open on Sundays but ended up staying there because of Care Club, all of her exams are covered! Which is great for a curious, brave puppy who has an anxious and always concerned mom😂 Willow loves all the love she gets at VCA and they take good care of her too :)

My husband and I decided to bring our elderly dog Theo to VCA Woodland Central for the last few years of his life, and I’m very happy with our decision. Theo received wonderful care at VCA, and we were always able to bring him in for emergencies and receive diagnosis and treatment quickly. We made the difficult choice to have Theo put to sleep today, and the VCA staff treated us with kindness and compassion and made the process as easy and painless as possible. Thank you for providing the best care for our sweet boy in his final phase of life!

Dr. Squibb was fantastic with my cat Reggie! He took to her as soon as she walked in the room. During the exam, he got a bit freaked out, and we discovered he was scared by the cat in the big picture on the wall! Dr. Squibb was so kind, she removed the photo from the wall and he immediately relaxed. Would recommend to anyone with cats!!

My dog, Lady, had a serious issue this week and I rushed her to this clinic. The facility was really nice, very clean. The staff were so nice. They went out of their way to make sure I was updated every time they did something and even updated when we were just in a holding pattern. They treated Lady with care. They also made sure I was aware of cost for everything and ok with cost before they proceeded. They also pointed out the drink station, which was fabulous, to me several times. Honestly, no notes on improvements. It was a terrible time and they made it easier because of their level of care for Lady and me.

This place was such a lifesaver today! I was visiting from out of town when my dog started showing signs of significant pain. We ended up at Woodland Central because they were open on Sunday, and they were able to get us in quickly. Dr. Toffoli was so thorough in her exam, and identified a problem I hadn’t even considered, rather than just taking the issue at face value. She created and clearly communicated a thorough treatment plan, and kept me updated throughout the entire process while she worked to stabilize my dog to the point where he can now safely travel home and we can continue his treatment there. The other staff members I encountered were wonderful and helpful as well. If I lived here, I would absolutely use and recommend Dr Toffoli and the Woodland Central team as my vet!

Last night was hard. I had to make the tough decision of letting my Cash go after 12 years of loving and caring for him, and his unconditional love and devotion to me and my Boys. I sincerely appreciate the compassion shown to us at VCA Woodland Central. Thank you for walking us through such a heartbreaking moment.
