I got both my female cats Luna and Lucy spayed here yesterday and I must say the staff here was extremely friendly they took very good care of my girls. Even gave my one kitty some antibiotics cause she had a skin infection. I'm so extremely pleased with the services offered here. I would definitely recommend this place. Very affordable care with a loving staff!

Awesome organization. Staff is awesome! We have have several adopters have their pets taken care of by SANS. Thank you yo the SANS Staff for all they do for the animals and their owners.

Had another great experience with this place. I have had my cat's and Dog spayed here over the last few years! Wonderful staff and they give you great direction's for taking care of your precious pet when you take them home!

prices are amazing staff… not so much very rude to my partner both interactions, they told us to bring our pet in on specific date over the phone that i had written down mind you and when my partner had gone to bring our pet they told us we missed the appointment even though it was scheduled 4 days after the phone call. On top of that they are very unprofessional can’t be bothered to get up out of her chair to let the other staff know about pick up. Another staff member had told us there was no overnight fee although there was (WHICH WE DONT MIND PAYING!!!) huge miscommunication issues and terrible attitudes from the employees. I do not recommend syracuse just because of the front desk staff is awful to deal with but I can’t deny the price

couldn’t have asked for a better experience. i’ve gotten all three of my cats spayed / neutered here before and they do a wonderful job. great reception and you can tell everyone who works there genuinely cares about the animals they’re treating.
